Claims processing

As a reminder, all claims are submitted directly in the Ramble dashboard. For more on the following during the claims process:

  • Status updates or questions about an existing claim
  • Payment method and timing for claim settlements

Claims are typically acknowledged within one business day and resolved as quickly as possible, often within 24–48 hours once all information is received.
